On engagement scope

Three focused engagements

Each engagement is scoped, priced, and described clearly below. All three are available to organisations based in Bangkok or with operations elsewhere in Thailand.

Cross-functional coordination
01

Cross-Functional Coordination Review

A two-to-three-week engagement for organisations where departments need to work more closely on shared work. The consultant interviews leads, maps overlap and handoffs, and delivers a written report with practical coordination suggestions.

  • For 30–300 staff organisations
  • Short written report included
  • Coordination practices to consider
฿9,800 Enquire
Stakeholder mapping engagement
02

Stakeholder Mapping Engagement

A focused engagement to help leadership think clearly about their external landscape — funders, suppliers, partners, community groups. One or two working sessions, a visual map, and a short narrative document describing each relationship.

  • Visual stakeholder map included
  • Narrative relationship document
  • Useful before a new phase or partnership
฿14,300 Enquire
Annual planning facilitation
03

Annual Planning Facilitation

A multi-day facilitation engagement — preparation, two working sessions, and a written follow-up. The consultant designs the planning conversation, gathers pre-reading, runs the sessions, and delivers a tidy summary at the end.

  • For teams with prior planning experience
  • Custom session design included
  • Written planning summary delivered
฿31,200 Enquire

On working with Saltgrove

What distinguishes a Saltgrove engagement

A defined output every time

Every engagement closes with a written deliverable — a report, a map, or a summary. You leave with something to refer back to, not just impressions from a meeting.

Scoped, not open-ended

Engagements are designed around a clear scope and a fixed price. You know what you are getting, how long it takes, and what it costs before the work begins.

Built around your leadership

Saltgrove works directly with the people who make decisions, not around them. Sessions are structured to make room for real conversation, not presentation.

Observation before recommendation

Each engagement begins with careful observation — interviews, document review, working sessions. Recommendations follow only once the picture is reasonably clear.

Adapted to the Thai context

Bangkok-based and experienced working with organisations across Thailand — domestic and internationally-linked — with an understanding of how decisions and relationships actually work here.

Handled with discretion

Consultations stay within the engagement. No information about your organisation, its people, or its plans is shared externally or used for any purpose beyond the agreed work.

On taking the next step

Tell us a little about your organisation.

A short initial conversation — no commitment required — helps both sides understand whether the engagement is a reasonable fit. We respond to enquiries within one business day.

On common questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical engagement take? +
It depends on the engagement. The coordination review runs two to three weeks. The stakeholder mapping engagement is usually complete within two weeks after the initial sessions. Annual planning facilitation spans the preparation period plus the session dates — typically two to four weeks in total.
Do you work with organisations outside Bangkok? +
Yes. While Saltgrove is based in Bangkok, engagements can be structured with remote working sessions for organisations elsewhere in Thailand or in the region. We discuss the logistics during the initial conversation.
Are the prices listed all-inclusive? +
The listed prices cover the consultant's time, session facilitation, and the written deliverable. Travel costs for on-site visits outside Bangkok, if required, are discussed separately and agreed before the engagement begins.
What size of organisation is best suited to these engagements? +
The coordination review is designed for organisations with 30 to 300 staff. The stakeholder mapping and planning facilitation engagements suit a slightly wider range — including smaller leadership teams and larger organisations with a focused working group.
How do I know which engagement is the right one? +
The initial conversation is the right place to work that out. Describe what your organisation is facing, and we can discuss which engagement — if any — is worth pursuing. There is no obligation to proceed from an initial enquiry.
Is our information kept confidential? +
Yes. Everything discussed during an engagement — organisational context, personnel matters, strategic plans — is handled with care and stays within the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before work begins if your organisation requires it.
